For corrections, name the page and the sentence, and include the source that contradicts it if you have one; specific reports get fixed fastest. Two things this form cannot do, said up front to save everyone a round trip. It cannot answer medical questions by email, however politely they are asked, because an answer without an exam would be a guess wearing a white coat. And it does not handle link exchanges, guest posts, or sponsored placements, because the site does not run them.

We read everything sent here and reply within a few business days, from a real person rather than an autoresponder. Corrections get checked against the sources before anything changes, so a correction reply may take a little longer and arrive with receipts. The form also politely refuses messages that look like they contain medical details; that is deliberate, and rephrasing removes the block.

What happens to what you send: the form delivers your message by email to the team and stores nothing about you in any database on this site, because this site does not run one. The privacy page has the formal version, and it is a short read by design.

Response expectations by topic, honestly: corrections get the slowest, most careful replies because sources get re-read first. Club inquiries get a substantive answer, not a brochure.
