Privacy policy

Short version: this site collects almost nothing, stores less, and never trades in your data. The longer version below describes exactly what the site actually does, written from the code rather than from a template.

What we collect

Forms: the contact, CourtReady waitlist, and club inquiry forms collect what you type into them, your name, email, and the form's fields. Submissions are delivered by email to the clinic contact behind this site and are not stored in any database here. Message bodies are never written to logs.

The playability tool: when you check conditions, the ZIP code you enter is used to look up coordinates and weather. Results are cached on the server by ZIP code alone, never tied to who asked. The site keeps short-lived, hashed request counters by network address to limit abuse of the forms and the conditions endpoint; they expire within minutes and identify no one.

Analytics: the site is built for Google Analytics 4, which activates only when a measurement id is configured. When active, it counts page views and six anonymous interaction events (referral link clicks, phone link clicks, form successes, waitlist and club form successes, and tool completions). Analytics never receives form contents.

How we use it

Form submissions are used to answer you. The ZIP lookup is used to show you a score. Analytics, when active, is used to learn which pages help players and which need work. That is the complete list.

What we never do

We do not sell or share your data with advertisers, run ad networks, or buy audiences. We do not log medical details: the forms actively reject messages that look like they contain them and ask you to call instead, because email is the wrong container for health information.

Cookies

The site sets one cookie of its own: a standard session cookie on the pages that carry forms, used purely to protect submissions against forgery. It identifies your browser session, not you, and expires when the session does. Google Analytics sets its own cookies when analytics is active, and none of it runs while analytics is unconfigured. The site uses no localStorage and no tracking pixels.

The third parties, named

Four outside services touch this site. Google Analytics, described above. Google Fonts serves the two typefaces, which means your browser requests font files from Google's servers. Open-Meteo provides weather data and zippopotam.us provides ZIP geocoding for the playability tool; both are called from our server, not from your browser, so neither sees your address.

Your choices

Use the site without forms and it collects nothing about you beyond the standard server request handling above. Block analytics cookies and the education works exactly the same. To ask about, correct, or delete anything you have submitted, use the contact form or the phone number on it.
